Welcome to the Salvation Army Coats for Kids Campaign.

Every year, area residents and local businesses work with the Springfield Salvation Army to help keep kids warm by donating gently used or new winter coats. With a goal of collecting thousands of coats for local children the hope is that no child will go without a coat this upcoming winter.

The winter of 2015 is not one people will likely forget… or want to relive. But residents of New England take note: the Farmers’ Almanac is calling for yet another round of brutal cold and relentless snow for the winter of 2016. The Salvation Army Coats for Kids Campaign is our way of helping eligible Springfield-area families keep warm during the frigid winter months, and we’re only successful because of the great support we receive from our community. Please help us by donating your gently used or new winter coats or hosting a drop box at your business during our upcoming Coats for Kids Campaign. We can’t do it without you!
